Great dog walk planned for the Sevenoaks St Clere estate

Dog lovers and their four-legged friends are invited to take part in the Big Dog Walk at St Clere Estate near Sevenoaks this Sunday, October 3rd.

Touchpoint Live Media, which hosts DogFest events, announced that following the success of the first four events, three more Big Dog Walks are scheduled for October in locations across the country.

This year the Dogs Trust has become the official charity partner who will bring their Temptation Alley to challenge your dog. Participants can also raise more money for any charity of their choice when they register.

Big Dog Walks are an opportunity for dog owners and their families to walk together in some of the most beautiful and majestic parks in the country. Dogs and their owners can choose between a two kilometer, five kilometer or ten kilometer course with staggered walking times this year for the comfort and safety of all participants.

Brand new this year, there will be a puppy’s first socialization walk at each of the sites, which will take place at 10 a.m., it will be a two kilometer walk for those with short legs and this is an opportunity to introduce your new dog to other dogs and socialize them in an organized and safe manner.

Introducing our “Beat the Rush” walk for dogs who love their walkies, but worry about large crowds and prefer to have their own space. You and your dog will be able to explore the walk at your own pace on our first walk of the day.

Walks aim to bring dog lovers and dog lovers together to encourage socialization and exercise. Back at the event village, there will be plenty of take-out activities for the dogs, such as a Dogstacle course for you and your dog, shopping, expert advice, a fun dog show and plenty of food. and hot drinks.
