Paramount Pictures has released the final trailer for its upcoming film adaptation of Clifford the big red dog. This is the movie everyone has been waiting for! The big movie event of the year arrives in November at Paramount +! Okay I’m just messing around but the kids will love it!

When I was at CinemaCon a few months ago, when presenting Paramount, everyone was hoping they would show Top Gun: Maverick. Well they didn’t, instead they showed it and almost everyone walked out of the presentation.

The new movie will see “Emily (Big little lies’ Darby Camp) find it difficult to integrate at home and at school. It’s entirely possible when she finds a little red-haired puppy who she says is destined to become her best friend. What she doesn’t see coming, however, is Clifford’s massive growth spurt, taking the little red puppy and turning him into a huge dog. The sudden change attracts the attention of a genetics company, forcing Emily and her uncle Casey (Jungle cruise‘s Jack Whitehall) to escape with Clifford through New York.

The film was directed by Walt Becker, and it is based on the Norman Bridwell books of the same name. Other cast members include David alan grier, Izaac Wang, John cleese, Paul Rodriguez, Tony hale, Russell peters, Siena Guillory, Kenan thompson, and Rosie Perez.

Executive producer Iole Lucchese, said in a previously released statement, “There is something enduring about Clifford’s gentle and loyal spirit that touches fans even after they become adults. We see it in the tributes on social media and in fan art, and of course, in every parent who grew up with Clifford and now shares their love for him with their preschoolers. “

Clifford the big red dog has a screenplay written by Jay scherick, David ronn, Annie mumolo and Stan chervin. It hits theaters and on Paramount + on November 10.
